·       FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) schedules
·       Project coordination and installation support

Service scope will be detailed in your personalised proposal.

All designs, drawings, concepts, and imagery remain the intellectual property of Lucy Wyld Design Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees will be clearly outlined within your proposal. These may include:
·       Fixed fees
·       Hourly rates
·       Procurement or sourcing fees
·       Travel or site visit expenses (if applicable)

You agree to pay invoices by the date specified. Late payments may delay project progression.

7. Procurement & Third-Party Purchases

Where we source or recommend products:
·       Any purchases you make directly with suppliers are subject to that supplier’s own Terms & Conditions.
·       We do not accept responsibility for delays, defects, or delivery issues caused by third parties.
·       Trade discounts (if applicable) may be shared at our discretion.

If we place orders on your behalf, this will be specified in the proposal.

8. Project Timelines

Timelines provided are estimates only. Design work, manufacturing, and installations may be affected by external factors such as supplier lead times or contractor schedules. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
·       Provide accurate and timely information
·       Ensure site access when required
·       Notify us of structural or electrical work that may affect the design
·       Comply with any relevant health and safety requirements

We are not responsible for issues arising from withheld or inaccurate information.

10. Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Lucy Wyld Design Studio — including drawings, layouts, design concepts, mood boards, proposals, text, and imagery — remains our intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, or share our work publicly without written permission.

We reserve the right to photograph completed work for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Accuracy of Content

While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we cannot guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or imagery are free from errors. Content is provided for general guidance only.
